New forProject Online Support Center

October 10, 2017 – In keeping with our ongoing commitment to quality, responsive support, forProject is pleased to announce the launch of our new, improved online customer Support Center.

Our new support center, based on the market-leading Zendesk™ support platform, provides our users with an improved means of requesting support from forProject, as well as access to a library of help topics and documentation.

The support center can be accessed via our web site by clicking on the Support link at the top of the page.You can also access the Support Center directly at support.forproject.com.

Note:  You will have to register and sign in to access the Support Center content.

Once signed in, you can submit support requests by clicking on the green Help button in the lower right or can search or browse our support knowledge base..

You can track your existing tickets by clicking on your name in the upper right and selecting My Activities.
